FEP PTFE PFA Lined 3 way ball valve is 3 way T port ball valve or 3 way L port ball valve with full FEP PTFE PFA lined,FEP PTFE PFA Lined 3 way ball valve has extremely high chemical stability and FEP PTFE PFA Lined 3 way ball valve can be used for any strong corrosion which can be divided into two (two) and three (three) two types of structure, in addition to the fluid resistance is small, fast opening and closing speed, simple structure.

1. FEP PTFE PFA Lined 3 way ball valve with FEP,PTFE or PFA lining have extremely high chemical stability and can be used for any strong corrosion properties except "molten alkali metal and elemental fluorine";
2. FEP PTFE PFA Lined 3 way ball valve adopt full-size, floating ball structure, the valve can be closed without leakage in the whole pressure range, which is more convenient for the pipeline system to sweep the line and pipeline maintenance;
3. The ball parts of the opening and closing parts are integrated with the valve stem casting (forging), which eliminates the possibility of the Full bore fully PTFE PFA lined ball valve stem rushing out of the pressure parts due to pressure changes, fundamentally ensuring the safety of use in the project;
4. Compact and reasonable structure, the FEP PTFE PFA Lined 3 way ball valve body cavity space is minimum, reduce the retention of media, in addition, the special molding process, so that the sealing surface density is good, coupled with herringbone PTFE packing combination, so that the valve to reach zero leakage;
5. Two-piece and three-piece structure can adapt to various requirements of the pipeline system and working conditions, of which three piece ball valve allows the main valve body to be separated from the two sides of the valve body, which can achieve rapid online replacement and maintenance.
